All accommodation is on site

A few things to note;

  1. There is no phone reception at all! WiFi is available in all accommodation and the main barn

  2. There are plenty of hot tubs available! Make sure you bring some swimmers

  3. There is also a beautiful sauna overlooking the river

  4. Accommodation is self catering- we will provide tea, coffee, milk and some snacks. We recommend to come with some extra drinks and food to keep you topped up during your stay

  5. Dogs are welcome, but not in all accommodation. Please let us know in your RSVP to ensure that we allocate an appropriate room

  6. If you have any questions just let us know

There will be rooms available for everyone from Friday afternoon until Monday morning. You’re free to stay for as long as you wish!

The rooms are priced at £95 per person, per night. We’ve booked everything already, so you just need to let us know know in your RSVP how many people and for which nights. You can find out how to pay on the Q&A page.

There is a variety of different accommodation options on site. Nearly everything is self catering and shared with a group of people.

We’ve organised the groups to make it as fun as possible for everyone!

Of course, if you want to choose different accommodation, we totally understand. There are a range of hotels and AirBnB’s in Carlisle. Do note, you will need to pre-book any taxis.
